At BeeLooks, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Certain items (sale products, personal use items) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Used or damaged items
• Items without original packaging
• Late return requests after 7 days

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
